Our "Crazy Bird Tour" is nearing its end, and in just the last few days since the weekend we've travelled nearly 400 miles from Birmingham through Winchester, Oxford and West Malling. Whilst in Birmingham we stopped off at the BBC studios to appear live on a show for BBC Radio Solent, down in Hampshire. Today we'll be stopping off at the Solent studios... to appear on BBC Radio Somerset!
Live on the Ben McGrail "drivetime" show, we'll be chatting about our tour, including the Little Birds school workshops in which children around the UK created the stories that we're now sharing all over the country in our family production, A Bird In Your Ear. Then we'll talk a bit about the story created by yesterday's audience in Kings Hill, Kent, that tomorrow we'll be taking to Milbourne in Dorset.
But, just like we've already done for BBC Cumbria and BBC Solent, Chip and David will be put on the spot and given just a few words with which to craft a brand new Somerset-themed fairy tale live on air!
To listen along, click here around 6:15pm today!
